This project was a full-scale remodel of a 3 bed/2 bath vacation rental condo, where every original element was updated to create a fresh, modern, and inviting space. The renovation included new flooring, wall paint, lighting, and fixtures, along with a complete redesign of the kitchen and bathrooms. I sourced and installed all new furniture and décor, working within a client budget of $20,000 for furnishings and coming in just below that target. The final design embraces a coastal-inspired aesthetic, resulting in a bright, cohesive space that balances style and functionality while ensuring a welcoming experience for guests and strong investment value for the client.
